I doubt that they are authentic but it could be the poor pictures.

Please post better photographs or high res scans of the entire tabs, front and back.

Those are typical large coil bullion reproductions.

                tabs

I think these were the same tabs on ebay. They sold for over $150.00, if memory serves me correct. I'm pretty sure they are the same ones. Dave.

Yes I paid $229 last week on ebay for them. I knew it was too good to be true because the guy had a pair of Reich Marshal tabs up at the same time (Dead Suspicious Duh Too Good To Be True) Not only that but there were identical materials used in both pair as judged by my examination of the photos. For one thing they had the same dark thread over everything else, seen as paired angled hash lines on the gold tapered arms of these patches. They are beautifully embroidered buy the lack proportion and symmetry. As a craftsperson I could see that they came from the same artist and materials bin. It is unlikely that he could have two things so rare from the same maker together now. The seller said he bought a collection and some items were marked fake by the collector so he thought these were good. Look for them next week on ebay (ha) because I am returning them. Thanks for everything, Andre

I wrote the seller that his marshal tabs were fakes. I compared it with pictures of the real tabs, and it is easy to see that his listing was rubbish. He responded with thanks, but never removed or altered the listing. The tabs sold for $158.50. I can't speak for the gorgets as there are so many versions out there, but the tabs, well, there was only one Goering. - Alf

I'm sorry but the tabs are VERY poor fakes!

                      Cheers,
