    Thats the pants of the early grey "Panzerschutzanzug". Later ones were made of green HBT.

      i agree with you, but to illustrate your answer, it would have been better to choose original pants.
      those shown here are fake (as the wrap) : i had the oportunity to scrutinize them in hands, many years ago.

        I know, but I have searched the forum in vain for original examples (I have seen some posted, but could not find them) - the book was in reach...

        Maybbe time for a seperate thread, to point out the (many) fakes / errors in that one?
