If there is an arm eagle trace, you can be sure this tunic was stripped and post war ss customized with bogus marking printed on a heer tunic...
Logically, the insignas actually sewn are a recent restauration with unappropried insignas.
A heavily messed tunic....

Agreed.
This tunic has been "restored" multiple times, the first of which was completely bogus with deceitfully added SS markings and insignia - the likes of which were meant to scam. The second restoration was an attempt to bring the tunic back to a more former glory..
