picked these up today with a bunch of US stuff, I'm thinking they might be pre-Third Reich, but I don't know. What exactly are they and what eras? The shoulder board is slip on, gold and green overlay, green underlay. the cockade has a splotch of red on it left, and the back has soldering signs that there were prongs or something at one time. thanks

The "Meister" level board could also well be Schutzpolizei. I couldn't say Imperial or Weimar, since references are so hard to come by.
The cockade is from Württemberg and was originally black-red-black. The paint on these enlisted men's "Benny Hill" cap cockades is often chipped loose from age and wear. No later than WW1.
