"Waffen frock pioneer" clarification

I have an associate in a collectors organization that has some items for sale, amongst them something he refers to as "Waffen frock pioneer'. Before I even ask for pictures, what the HECK doe he mean, as per our normal WAF and etc. nomenclature?

I'm sure this is an obvious answer and i sound like an idiot, but the whole day I haven't been able to narrow down what he means.

Sounds like a black-piped Waffenrock worn by Army Pioneers (Engineers).
