Hi Guys, can I please have some 2nd oPinions on this tunic?

Does anyone have pics of such a tunic being worn without collar tabs?

What are your thoughts on the loops for shoulderboards?

The tunic is almost mint, yet the shoulderstraps buttons are very used ones, and the shoulderboard loops seems to be in different color

former total stripped one for civilian use?

It is pretty common to see the loops made from different colored materials and sometimes even fabrics, these were made from scraps and made separately from the jacket to be assembled later. It is hard to tell if there are factory applied in the pictures.
