Need advice on tailor label and insignia!!

Hey guys! Has anyone seen this tailor label before? Also what would this shoulder board represent??

It has the DJ sleeve patch insignia on it. I just find a tailors label like that? And the shoulder boards are throwing me off. Im by far not the best in tunics. I have many of the sleeve insignia and its real. Thr buttons in the front have the eagle/swaz clutching the arrows like the prussia forestry tunics.

Does the tunic itself look ok and correct?

The sleeve insignia is wonderful, it is probably just like it was originally found.
