Can anybody help me with this coat?

From someone in Austria I received this coat. The cloth and thread is not-synthetic but I can't place the specific pattern. The stamp on the inside at the hight of the left pocket reads HBA 1931 and a number is written beside it 88 11.

Can anybody tell me something about the coat?

Thank you very much. I hope anyone can tell me more about this, specially the markings. It didn't cost me much so it wass worth the challange, but now i'm starting to get interested.

HBA ..Maybe means "Heeres Bekleidungs Anstalt" ...
but the date 1931
