I agree that the tabs are not symmetrical when viewed front on. Also, what are those red threads under the collar? I think i can see some sewing holes for other shorter tabs on the underside of the collar - I definitely think that the tabs were replaced at some point. The threads around the shoulder area and around the attachment of the collar itself are also a concern as they are a little sloppy, and the eagle certainly isn't one that a General would have on a piped walking out tunic.

I think the base tunic is most likely good, but I would lean towards an upgraded Artillery piped tunic - the question is always "when".

Yes on in the #3 post on far right side there looks like a trace of ghost stiching, well that can also be cause of picture.

After some inspecting, and comparing to seen general tunics, I would unfortunately have say that this is a art. tunic with reaplyed general insignia. Almost for sure afterwar. I dont think that a crocked colartabs would be missed when looking at the mirror after wearing it.

So conclusion would be: reapied original insignia, quite used artelierie oficer tunic and wrong breast eagle.

I do not think I would say anything more then there are some serious questions based on the pictures you posted. It could be 100% period (I do not like the eagle though) but only based on what I can see it looks odd and I am suspect of the entire collar being replaced or removed and reattached.
