    Any idea? I can't read the sutterling text.

    These BeVo signal Blitzes are attributed to the Heer female signallers. I can't read the sutterlin either.

      It reads: Trude (German female name)

          The female name would make sense as this is a Nachrichten Helferin insignia (Blitzmaedel).
