I agree, from here, many are obvious fakes

All look bad except, possibly, the bevo cockade and the police SS runes, but bigger detailed pictures might well cast them in a bad light as well.

Not looking good to me, I'll bet if you hold a match up to (close, but do not let the flame touch) some loose threads, they will melt, not burn.......Cotton burns, synthetic melts.
