Real Kriegsmarine leather uniform or fake?

I would like to know what you think of this complete skin? Can be a KM uniform?
The jacket has civilian butons, but I should like change them. There is a label (on the jacket), but is unreadable.
The pants has a readble label, but I don't understand what it means...
In the last 3 photos, after cleaning.
Please let me know :?

Of course: I found informations not only for the numbers, but for the writings too!
(Klagenfurt is an Austrian city, but it's not on the sea... possible that there was a warehouse of kriegsmarine? And the name before?
