Army Official's Collar Tabs?

Hi,

Can you guys help me ID these. I think these are army administration collar tabs. Did I get it right? Did every rank of officer wear these (Lt. and above)?

They are indeed Army Beamte Collar tabs, not beamte A.K. , but regular beamte, originally white was just for paymaster branch...but later paymaster branch was expanded to be considered the general branch, still with white pipings...these tabs would work from Lt. to Col.

Thanks for the reply. These tabs have silver piping rather than white, does that change anything or are they still Army Beamte Collar tabs?
