Thanks for confirming! Even though it has no "PO" or "POL" stamps, I figured it was Polizei,
this based on the typical brown collar.
The weird shoulder boards (Sonderfuhrer/Admin? or Forestry/Wald perhaps?) got me confused...
so obviously incorrectly added!
