Kreigsmarine Cape keeper?

Hi Forum,
A friend of mine found these the other day at an antique store and was wondering if they were from a Kreigsmarine cape. I am not sure if they are even german. What do you think?

The attachment pins look more like those seen on British badges, so maybe for Royal Navy, from a Sword or Dirk perhaps. Sorry I can't be more certain.

Well give it a few more days to see what the oppinions are here . I have no idea. British would make sense But I am almost sure they are for a cape as I have seen Luftwaffe pieces that were very similar.
