Artillery Officiers walking out uniform question

I just purchased a Oblt artillery uniform and I want to complete for display. I know the uniform is not a parade uniform and I don't think it is a combat tunic because of the quality. So I will do the display as a walking out uniform. It has a clip in the pocket for the dagger hanger. I have a dagger for it.

My questions are:

1. Does a peaked cap or garrision cap go for walking out?
2. Is a brown leather belt required for walking out?

Definitely a peaked cap for your scenario. A belt would be your choice, but I've noted many officers didn't seem to bother with one in a walking-out situation.
