Opinions on eagle

Hi guys another stupid newbie question for you Is this eagle off the e-stand a good one? also If you could tell me what type it is also that would be great. I take it its a EM/NCOs but what era or type?

This is an early type, as far as I understand these embroidered types and is probably original, but these are not something I have an interest in, so others, such as Fred Green will give you a more certain opinion.

Ok so no one has an opinion on this? ....And here I was thinking that this was a Third Reich insignia forum

looks like a good one to me. appears to be the 1st type = adopted on 17 feb 1934 - 19 june 1937. 2d type is the dark bluish green backing color. & you'r correct , lower ranks.
p.s. no one has been posting on this forum in the last few days, been fairly dead.
