Odd Hbt Jacket

I thought this was Italian but I am told it is not. Has anyone ever seen one like this before? The cloth is identical to WWII German HBT

Detail, the other Jacket was with it as well. Not sure what that is either. There is a stamp but I do not recognize it.

the first one is a working KM tunic, buttons outside along the waist allow to hang the matching trousers wich has buttonholes positioned adequatly : the whole suit is worn like a coverall, the jacket tucked into trousers.

Derka is right John, I have a matching pair and also believe them to be KM working dungerees.
