Your Officer White tunic looks okay. It was designed for equestrian activities and general sports wear. Normally T-boards were used but sometimes slip-on shoulder boards were used. If your tunic has slots in the upper shoulder seams, then T-boards were most likely used. And yes, occasionally sew-in boards were also used on these tunics. There are holes for the two screw-in buttons to secure the shoulder boards on your tunic.

At times these tunics were worn in the field in lieu of the hot wool tunics. The trousers you show would go with the tunic, particularly if the owner were riding a horse.

I agree with what was said. If you look at my pic you can see the officer is wearing spurs and what looks to be riding pants as well.

By the way, I wonder, and sorry for asking, if there are white summer caps which match with those white tunics ?

I recently got one white for infantry and I would like to complete it.

They most often would wear the field gray visors with it.
