Early Panzer EM Breast Eagle for review

Would greatly appreciate opinions on this breast eagle. It has some glue residue on the reverse side. I have done some quick research and also obtained an opinion from a fellow collector who feels that this is not a period original...."Although some of the early, original eagles don't look particularly nice and full with respect to the embroidery density (case in point is the early, first pattern Panzer EM breast eagles), this one I don't like."

Fake in my opinion. Unless it is some rare lower Slobovian home crocheted version I haven't seen before.
