Honestly, I have no idea if this is a PANZER skull or not...I do know it's about the hardest thing I've ever tried to get a picture of. Hopefully these are good enough. If not, I can try some more.

Not Panzer, but early danziger skulls, also used on early ss caps.
Also seen on varieties of uniforms etc (unofficial).Comment
