    Blue Collar Tab

    Hi all i picked up this SHOULDER BOARD. I have no idea what organization it is for. It looks like its blue but faded on the top. Also it seems to be missing some pips I think this because there are three holes in it. I am just wondering what this is, any ideas?

      Not WWII but East German NVA Hauptmann (the four pips are missing). Light blue is for Air Force.
