What are your opinions concerning this tunic?

This will be my first Officer tunic and I'm happy to have the opportunity to purchase it.

looks good man. I love officer tunics, they are very nice and well made. This looks like a killer example and the price is very reasonable. Hell if you get it and don't like it let me know and I'll take it off your hands. Matt

Yes, it's a very nice tunic. You'll never know whether the
award loops are period through I guess.

In fact a friend of mine wanted to purchase it about 2 weeks
ago, but was told that it had sold already.

Are you the new owner?

The guild did an update recently, but they forgot to mark
it 'sold' ....

I'll keep that in mind Matt, but this looks like a keeper to me.

One of my questions would be what is the right breast award loop for? I have a DKiG that would look great on this, but what else would go there?

I'll post the pics of it once I receive it and get the awards placed on it. I also have a nice belt and luger that will look sweet on this.

Yes if Officer tunics are your Gig this is a sellout! Very nice with insignia looking period sewn.... Markus is right in that no other medal other than a DKiG belongs on the right side pocket! EKI, Wound badge in silver and IAB on left side IMO!
I look forward to seeing the tunic all done up, it will be killer all belted and Gunned up!!

You could put a stunning Galipoli star on the right side and it would still be fantastic. Not every tunic with loops on the right breast are for DKIG/DKIS winners. JMHO. Matt

It's a nice officer unit if that is your collecting area! I have nothing to do with the seller or tunic for sale, just thought to point it out....

Great officer's tunic! Love gabardine garb!

Really thought about this one myself, but I prefer Leutnant/Oberstleutnant officer tunics... don't know why, just seems to be what I always find - so now I've got a good sub-collection going on

This tunic will look great displayed with the DKiG, IAB, EK1 and GWB! Look forward to your pictures!
