Rank or Adler on Hemd?

I've seen numerous pix with Soldaten wearing shoulder boards (Schulterstücke) on their shirts...particularly in the tropics. Did WH wear rank or Adler on their shirts as well?

YES! and many examples out there, eagles were not factory stitched on... but a later owner embelishment!
