repaired mint jacket ? that's something that would make anybody suspicious. IMO it is fake.

There is a lot of original garnment out there, found in the last years.
Perhaps made form such a find. Too bad for the garnment.

just me ,or does the lining look like the wrong material ?? these are hard to find , so I'm not sure on the style. jeff

The above comment, in my opinion should be given some thought. The repairs look like those I've seen on zeltbahns, which were plentiful at shows back in the 70s and 80s. Some dealers that were magicians with a needle and thread did some pretty amazing things back in the day. I remember one dealer telling me that an EM overcoat was good for one assault gun wrap and a couple of M43 hats. Seen many German WWII EM overcoats lately?

I was surprised -disappointed- myself seeing this one offered. Never believed in these camo wrappers being factory produced and this one fails to convince on more then one aspect. Actually the dealer must have concerns himself, otherwise I think he would have set the asking price much higher for such a rare and desirable item.
