    Cap insignia

    This is the only picture I have of this. Looks like some type of cap insignia but not really sure.
    Dark blue so I'm thinking Naval? Thoughts!?

    This badge was worn in pairs on the right and left lower sleeves of Naval Administrative Officers.

    This is an eagle for the left sleeve and was to denote an "Elevated Career" Officer.
