I have an oportunity to purchase the items in this pic. I know the quality of the photo is poor, but I am interested in hearing your thoughts on any of the items as well as seeing if there is anything of rarity or particular quality. Thanks.

The insignia looks like average stuff from the quality of the photo. You would need a clear photo to see the piping colors.

Thanks for your input Stephen, I appreciate it. I know the picture quality is poor, but this is all I have to go on until I see the stuff in person in about a week. If I can pic up the lot for a good price I'll take a gamble on it and then be able tol post more detailed pics.
