ah..., on the inside, the buttons are inscribed with : brüder schneider, wien.

It is an original War period (Pre-War) Austrian military tunic, These tunics were often worn after the Anschluss in the WH in Austiran units and by Austrians, The insignia is hard to determine if it is period applied. It would be for an HV officer but is missing "HV" devices. Nice Ribbon bar!

Ribbonbar is upside down and the various awards are not in the correct order.

As stated, it is an original pre-1945 tunic in the distinctive Austrian cut that has been Nazified with specialist insignia. Looks like a good original tunic made from nice lightweight gaberdine.
