Hello, anybody can help me about this marking on a artillerie waffenrock?

Are there numbers or letter picked out of the boards you can read? It is 3rd Company/Battery "BL"/33? or 38 or if it is Bb it could be Beobachtungs-Batterien 331?, etc.

Really need to figure out what comes after the "B". No tags or other clues- tailor location?
