I can buy this one for around 500 dollars, if not what's worth it?
He's missing the most of it's inside clothing.
All opinions welcome.
Is this a m41 stabsgefreitener jacket?

It´s not a M41. I´m not sure about the correct term, but if it is an army-tunic it is a Reichswehr-tunic, because of the lower pockets. Wehrmacht-tunics have sewn on, not sewn in type pockets.
Not sure about the Navy.
Shoulderboards and collartabs look fake to me and i´m not sure about the eagle.
Perhaps it is woth 500$, but i would not buy it.

Looks like a KM coatal artillery tunic (no bottom outside pockets). I think this jacket was totaly stripped (eagle, collartabs AND buttons) and was then brought back to live as an (ugly) WH jacket. 500$? no thank you...
