The second ones look better than the first. In the first one it almost looks like the machine got sluggish in the middle after going through the collar and lost momentum.

The material of the under collar in the first one also looks a lot like the cloth seen with Sturm Tunics. The other one may be the same in a different shade. Do you have more clear pictures?

In my opinion the modification in the stitch pattern is not deciding factor in itself. You will notice the pattern is identical on the other end of the collar tab.
This will not tell you if it was done yesterday or pre 45.
