What Trade Insignia Is This?

Hi Guys!

Picked up this matching pair of Costal artillery NCO boards recently.
I have problems to locate which trade the blitz indicate. I cant find any description that "Funklaufbahn" was to be used as trade insignias on the shoulder boards! Please comment this.
