This eagle landed this morning. Any ideas. Does it look OK. Issued to who?
The picture is deceiving but it is larger than it looks (4")

It's a Kriegsmarine breast eagle, issued to EM's an NCO's.
IMO it's a good one. I've not got an exact example with the same stitching avaliable to post, but this is an authentic recognised pattern, and quite common. I've seen then from $20-40 depending on condition, on various dealer sites. hope that helps!
have you given it the blacklight treatment?
