Indeed litzen are reapply but the jacket is good?

i agree. the litzen were applied either by someone who didnt know how to apply litzen correctly, or by someone too rushed to be able to do the job properly. i think the top pocket flaps have been removed too. very very small item.

I agree with the comments above. Lower pockets appear to have been removed entirely.

Corporal and Chris are right about the upper pockets, the lower ones are missing all together ( I didn't even see it). Just don't go and pay any crazy price for it.
