I have 2 more sets of shoulder boards. Any information and possible value is appreciated. The set with the 81 is dark green color with silver trim.

Boards and Straps
The straps on the left are for a Stabsfeldwebel NCO rank. These are a first model "Feldbluse" style with the dark green "badge cloth" tops. Best guess on the number 81 would be for Infanterie Rgt. 81:

Ranks of Unteroffizier and below would have the numbers stitched in and the color of the thread would denote the branch of arms, white would be the Waffenfarbe for the Infanterie branch.
The pair of the shoulder boards on the right would be a pair of sew-in boards for a Leutnant of Infanterie. -
