Herman Goring and Assault Boat Badge (Steuermann)

I once thought I saw a picture of a Herman Goring soldier in some type of boat wearing what I assume to be the Assault Boat Badge (Steuermann). Can any one here verify this picture or the practice of HG troops beign eligible to wear this on their uniform?

Luftwaffe, Army and SS enlisted were all eligible to wear the Steurmann badge, there exists several variants, but they all wore the same badge there were no branch-specific ones.
