clothes identification help

I stumbled over this picture and i got curious about there outfits. Is it regular army overalls for dirty jobs or what?



So, help please... What can you tell me about these guys?

If I had to guess I would say they were racing motorcycles. Just a coverall for protection from mud and the elements

Yeah, maybe the are racing. It looks like the third guy has glasses (motorcycle glasses?) around his neck.
I just thought it looked funny with collar tresse on a work coverall

These sorts of suits were worn for racing cars as well. The bands probably are different colors to tell riders apart etc.
