NSKK Tunic. Genuine?

Hi all,

I have found an NSKK tunic pre 1939 second pattern eagle apparently.
Is it a genuine one?
This is my first post on here regarding buying something so hopefully it is in the correct section.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You might have a better response in the political section. I don't specialize in NSKK but the tunic looks fine to me.
