Oddball tropical eagle

Opinions appreciated on this one Guys, it resembles to a point Italian made Heer breast eagles. The only reason it hasn't gone straight to the fakes box is that it looks like it has been sewn on a tunic and there is also a blood stain on it. All comments appreciated
