I don't know about the collar tab, but I'm pretty certain the eagle is a known fake, with the 'dots' on its body.

The tab is way off, poor design copy, wrong type of bullion, extremely poor execution.

The eagle is just very generic with easily recognizable modern bullion used. It is a well known type of fake.

One more tell tale, the black paper backing on the eagle is fairly typical of reproductions done commercially in Pakistan.
