hello

i ve got here an interesting waffenrock. seems to be professionell overworked from simple soldier to nco, but not finished. tunic in great condition, only a small cut backside in L-form. eagle is great, beautiful. sewn overall quite good work. not stamp to view.

i ask for your opinions.

If the tresse was hand sewn to the collar it may be hard to see traces of it. Nice clean jacket.

no traces to see. i think its an upgrade, which wasnt finished.
tunic came from hannover, as i known.

hidden suprise

i had the time to visit the tunic and i found on the backside this nice surprise...
they were in one of the two sidebags, which were not sewn.

i am very glad, a tunic which wasnt ended, maybe with a sad background...

Reminds me of my first tunic about 25 years ago. I was stationed in San Diego and used to hang out at the Quartermaster militaria shop on Adams Ave. The first tunic was a nice Panzer officers M36 with all the good stuff. Sometime later I stuck my hand into one of waist pockets and pulled out a real cool 1942 hotel receipt for a bottle of wine in Stuttgart. No one bothered to ever look in the pocket. Nice waffenrock.
