Hi Don,

I'm a Luftwaffe guy, not a Heer guy, but I agree with Richard on both accounts.

Those insignia look like reproductions to me. Just too sloppy for a general's bullion insignia. But like Richard suggested, I would also post on the Cloth Headgear forum.
