Afrika Korps cuff title-any chance here?

Gentlemen,
I would like your opinion on this cuff title that I bought this weekend with a grouping of cloth badges, its old and a bit dirty in the creases where its been folded to show just the writing...it looks real to me but I have been fooled before. What do you all think?
