    Waffenrock Infantry Regiment 129

Here is my Unteroffizier waffenrock I picked up at the SOS on Friday. Infantry regiment 129 company-1 Private tailored with label and matching name tag to Unteroffizier Mayer dated ? Looks like 1937. Beautiful wide boards with the embroidered 129

    Very nice rock! Congratulations!

The last name looks like "Mayer" to me as well.

Thanks guys - Any one make out the script next to the date? Perhaps a first or last name? Usually it’s a month but can not read it?

Many thanks for the input guys. Can any one venture a guess as to what is written next to the date on the name tag? I wonder if it’s the last name or perhaps the first and Mayer is the last name ?

It may be the actual tailor's name who did the sewing on the rock. I can't make it out.
