heavy Coat with Fur Collar

first of all..excuse my horrible photos! I only had my phone with me and couldnt take proper photos.
I was offered this nearly 4kg heavy Winter Coat by a friend today.

Its has real Fur Collar and Sleeves and the inside is real black fur.
Maybe from a black sheep

It has actually all the things that speak for a period wartime Coat.

It has the look of a Coat for a "higher rank" Officer

but is always hard to put a price on something like this...

maybe someone has seen such coat before or has a photo with a similar Coat in wear?

I hope you can even see the coat at least a little bit on these bad photos

That stiching pattern under the color looks like what I have seen on Dutch taylored items. Hard to say from the pics but what color is it ?

its green uniform felt (filz) fabric.

I maybe able to take better photos tomorrow.
