while there are superficial characteristic similarities with heer trousers, i am at a loss to be sure on the id of these pants.

Not issue trousers. Privately tailor made at best --- or post war. I would not buy them.

IMO work pants. Have never seen wartime trousers with this long button-fly, typical postwar construction.
