What makes it "SS"?

Looks like a normal visor hat chincord to me, even with the RZM tag, which may or may not be real...

The cord twists the wrong way, which is not a good sign. Check to make sure the sliders are not plastic. Jacques

I would be really skeptical of the tag and its condition. Looks like it passed through a cow's digestive track and the cord is in mint unused condition.
