    Tricot GD wrap

Just wanted to show the best at the moment in my collection.
Is a oberleutnant GD wrapper in field grey trikot.
This one came out of a Family in Austria and has been in the previous collection from 1960 c.a. finally is mine
Shows a lot of wear hope the indoor pictures could talk.

Exactly John and the liner has not stamps or any tag applied.
Interesting to see also the lack of belt hooks in the construction.

These nicely tailored jackets were worn for walking out as well and were considered very stylish. They were worn by officers in other branches who liked the wide lapels and double breasted cut which was very similar to 1930s mens suits . .
