    These are Coastal Artillery collar tabs not Heer collar tabs.

      Greetings All,

      And with another glance at them, I don't believe they are a pair. I think they are both from the same side. One of them is cut so short you might not be able to apply it to a tunic without it looking very, very short. IMHO.
