Heer skull ring - opinions

Hi everybody, below is a ring of mine which I have for sale and a member is interesting in buying. He would like to hear some opinions regarding originality.
I know this is not the ultimate forum for judgment for such item but any suggestions would be very helpful!

Well, its an old well known pattern of before, during and after WW2. What kind of stamp is on it?

lookin good so far. Even though an old piece the marks pretty clear. Could be upside down, If you can get a nice straight on shot..
Guess, could be Austria, 1920s..
